Document Indexing

Digital Archives understands the risks associated with being unable to locate a particular document and works with our clients to provide a seamlessly integrated high-tech document cataloguing and indexing system to suit your individual requirements.

Digital Archives will supply experienced personnel as required to undertake the Indexing, Inventory clean ups, purging, and cataloguin of boxes or individual documents. This catalogued information is then recorded in the Our record management System, which allows for the highest possible degree of client control.Clients may choose to continue to use their internal document indexing system, allowing clients to request files from Access based on existing internal indexing.

Secure document cataloguing and indexing is performed either at the client's premises or at our secure storage facility during normal business hours. Access can also provide this service after hours and on weekends, allowing for the normal day-to-day operation of our client’s business to continue without disruption.

Purging

Filefolder/Boxes Purging - Individuals files/documents or containers can have numerous levels and classes of information. Digital Archives can help you with the process of itemising the contents of boxes and, when appropriate, files. Very often clients simply do not have the staff available to wade through years of historical information to compile an accurate register.

Inventory Clean up

Maintaining corporate files in perfect order requires sound processes, appropriate technology and systems, and consistent application of effort. If any of these disciplines are missing or inadequate, files quickly tend to disorder
